Meet Your Coach


Dalisia Coppersmith is an internationally experienced speaker, executive coach, author, and founder of Strong Women Rising, a movement to restore the women who can change our world. 

 

Dalisia specializes in dissolving unconscious bias and resistance to women’s leadership. With more than 30 years leading diverse teams in the military, government, and business, she knows firsthand the triumphs and challenges of being a strong woman in a world that often resists women’s voices and authority.

Dalisia's background includes a successful career in Organizational Development, Executive Coaching, Leadership Training, and Consulting. She has coached women at all levels to understand these dynamics and build the lives and careers they deserve.

She recently published her groundbreaking book: Strong Women Rising: How to Overcome Resistance, Build Trust, and Change Our World.  So now... let's take you to the next level!
